CANCELLATIONS:If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped from the manufacturer, we can cancel the order and you will receive a full refund. However if your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for the *"ACTUAL" shipping costs in both directions, along with a 25% restocking fee since the item is shipped direct from the manufacturer and will be returned to the manufacturer.
RETURNS:If you are not satisfied with an item, Harbor Views Boutique offers a money back guarantee on all purchases, excluding *"ACTUAL" shipping and handling charges, along with a 25% restocking fee, provided the toy or item has not been opened and is in the original packaging (no exceptions). You must notify us within 5 business days of receipt of item or claim will be denied.

DAMAGES: If an item arrives damaged and you choose to accept delivery, you MUST note it on the delivery receipt and notify us ASAP, if you refuse delivery again note it on the delivery receipt and notify us ASAP. If your item arrived with concealed damage you must notify us within 5 business days of receipt and you may be required to submit photo showing damage. We will arrange for replacement parts from our manufacturers at no cost to you. If replacement parts are rejected you will be required to follow all the steps as noted in our Returns section and all applicable fees will apply.
EXCHANGES: We do not offer exchanges.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us ASAP. Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note that if you return a product that has free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Original shipping costs may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value. Customized orders cannot be returned due to their uniqueness.
